Hook it and Cook it Courses for 2012
We have planned a series of two day “Hook it and Cook It” course in conjunction with The Total Fly Fishing Co. in April and May 2012.
Movie Night
On Sunday nights we show an old movie in the Sitting Room. With two huge sofas you can watch with comfort food such as a fish pie or a meaty shepherd’s pie. Other regular events are also planned.

We can host weekday weddings (the lovely Holy Trinity Church in the village is just a stone's throw from the pub), birthdays, shooting parties, cricket teams or any special event.
Private Dining
For hosting special events, a library with an extendable large dining table, that seats from 8 up to 16 guests. Larger events (up to 26 guests) can be hosted in The Sitting Room.
You can have a Set Menu to choose from of three starters, three mains and three puddings or there is also a Sharing Menu available where guests can help themselves to big dishes of fish pie or venison stew for example – or we can roast a whole suckling pig, saddle of locally reared lamb or a rib of local beef.
